Melissa Gibson Smith has been a pastor and coach for over 16 years in churches, ministries, and the marketplace in Los Angeles, California, and Columbus, Georgia.

Melissa specializes in trauma-informed pastoral care, inner healing, and deliverance. She is gifted in helping people discover their God-given identity and learn to hear God’s voice.

Melissa is licensed and ordained through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening and is a Senior Pastor at Grace Community Church in Fortson, GA. Melissa is the founder of Liberant Ministries and Epiphany Space,  global artist communities.

Dorothy Gibson is one of the founding leaders of the church (estab. 1989) alongside her late husband, affectionately known as “Papa Ron” Gibson. After many years of co-pastoring together, she continues to serve faithfully as a pastor and teacher. Dorothy carries a prophetic vision and a deep passion for helping others grow in their relationship with God. As a musician and vocalist on the worship team, she uses her gifts to lead others into the presence of God.

In addition to her ministry work, Dorothy is a retired software developer who worked for 20 years at TSYS. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Epiphany Space.

Donna Courtney Heath is the founder and senior leader of The Voice Ministries. She is licensed and ordained through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening and is dedicated to equipping believers in the ministry of deliverance, inner healing, and pastoral care.

As a teacher, life coach, and prophetic deliverance minister, Donna empowers others through biblical teaching, personal ministry, and hands-on training. She is available to speak at churches, conferences, and organizations.

Steve and Ginny Dockter have called Grace Community Church home since 2009, when God healed and restored their broken marriage.  They serve as Senior Leaders on the Elder Board, where Steve leads the financial integrity of Grace as Treasurer. Their hearts are to see individuals and families restored to Father God and experience the love that can only come from a personal relationship with Jesus.

A classically trained musician with over 20 years’ experience in production to include live sound, recording, producing, directing and set design, Emily returned to her hometown of Columbus in 2009.

She is passionate for people to encounter the intimate presence of God, be equipped for worship, warfare and intercession, so that the plans of heaven are manifested on earth. Because of her own past struggles, she desires to see individuals' step into the fullness of their calling, healed and whole. She has served as Graces' Worship Pastor since 2012.

Emily also works fulltime for Goodwill where her focus is equipping people to go to work, giving them the tools to move themselves and their families out of generational poverty.

Rebekah Johnson has worked in kids, teens, and young adult ministry for over 10 years. She has a heart for youth and believes a relationship with Jesus can start at any age. Her heart is to create a safe space for every child in her care to have the opportunity for a deep and meaningful relationship with the Father of Love. She stands by the belief and example of Jesus, of being all things to all people, and aims to meet them where they are and help them express their own individual creativity and discovery with God's love in their personal relationship with Jesus.
